Jack was excellent - very prompt (big fan of this!). Work was completed efficiently and tidily- didn’t even know he was there! Offered great advice on, and then sorted an oil leak as well!! Great service all round, will definitely use again and highly recommended!!

I was really impressed with James who helped me with a battery replacement on 23rd December. The work was carried out efficiently, and i was impressed that James also helped with a key access issue after the battery was replaced. James was friendly and professional throughout. Altogether, a very positive experince and I have no hesitation in using James' services again in the future.

Very well! He explained things in detail in a way I could understand, was happy to repeat things back to my dad for me so he could understand the problem too. Recommended various places to get my car trouble fixed as it wasn’t a roadside type of repair.

Did not turn up and claimed I cancelled the booking which I had not. Even raised an invoice for £20 cancellation! Hopefully this has now been sorted and the mechanic is due to do the work on Friday 27 December. Based on this experience, I have rated 0 out of 10 but hopefully when the work is completed I can score more highly.
