Hi. Mechanic was knowledgeable and explain all steps but this time I am not happy. Let me explain - drop off the car Thurs for clutch replacement. I know car is old, rusty etc so mechanic have huge issue with rusty ceised bolts - he used wd40, soak for 2 days which is I do appreciate and finally off and replaced clutch. I do collect the car Tues mid of the day (3,5 day in garage) and mechanic said it added 2 H extra labour and charge me £204 extra. Total work is £597.8 clutch replacement with click mech plus £204 extra 2h for him =£802. Not happy with the price(can find other garege for £800) and time repair (do understand rust and stack bolts). He did his best without demages but extra charge and time it's no good. Thanks

Michael rang ahead the day before to confirm the time of the pick-up, and on the day of the booking, he arrived on time. He also let me know in advance when he would be bringing it back. There was just one small issue with the car, which he explained clearly and resolved without any problems. Overall, the entire process was handled smoothly and professionally.
