The mechanic was knowledgeable and professional. From the initial collection of the vehicle through to the inspection and communication over the phone, everything was handled with clarity and honesty. They didn’t pressure for unnecessary repairs and gave an accurate assessment of the issues. I felt respected and informed throughout the process.

The service was carried out perfectly i was shown pictures of the old oil filters and spark plugs which showed they needed replacing and job was not long so i was able to use the car right away
