Very happy with the work Seth did. Communicated ahead of time, checked in with the faults with the car and the work booked and clarified his approach to the problem. Have usually relied on a local (and very good) garage but needed the ability to get it fixed at a time of my choosing on the doorstep this time, whilst feeling a bit apprehensive about using an unknown provider. Seth arrived on time, talked me through his plan and we discussed the options to test and replace the battery and then got on with the work. He explained what he’d done, what the results of the battery test were and we agreed that I would keep the new battery. I appreciated being able to keep control of costs and trusted his assessment. Seth was polite, friendly and got it done as hoped for and I’d definitely ask for him again, and recommend him to others.

Bob collected and returned the car, which was in for a full service and MOT. I have used this garage a few times now and they have always been very good with no surprises. Bob is a nice guy and has never been late collecting. Never had a problem and the price has always been right.

Car was picked up at the earliest time slot, driver called beforehand to keep me updated. I knew some work would be required on my car to pass it’s MOT and I was called back with a breakdown and time required as parts were needed, can’t fault the communication and detail given and the timely servicing and MOT. 2nd time I have used them and would do so again.
