Had a realy lovely mechanic, came arround took care of my car, reported every step with photos and did terrific work. We had a chat about car and work hes carried out, and i really appriciated that he took his time to explain everything to me in a "simple" language, made a great difference not pretending that i know everything he says, and just understanding it!

Fitted new brake pads to severely worn discs and didn’t think to let me know. One was incorrectly fitted - separate mechanic confirmed this. Cost me £289 to replace brake pads after 4 days. Mechanic ignored requests for refund. Dishonest. Avoid.

Steven never turned up himself and didn’t tell me someone else would be coming in his place. No written diagnostics report was provided - I was expected to take everything on a phone call instead of getting an actual breakdown. Now he’s cancelled today due to a back problem. This has put me in a difficult position with timing on buying the car. Very unhappy with this service and have requested a full refund.

CCUK Was fantastic, work carried out was top notch, only problem I had was with the diagnosis about the gearbox, understand where the problem came from but had look once had car back to find the locking pin still in place stopping the gearbox selector going into reverse or 5/6th gear

Thomas was knoweledgable and honest. However I was disappointed that he could not fix the problem or there was no follow on process to get the vehicle to a recommended garage. I ended up calling the AA out to recover the vehicle and sort a garage out. This could have been done in the fi rst place and saved the cost of 81 pounds.

Did what was asked for nice and quickly. Was a simple job so very quick to complete.
