Martin arrived later than expected because he did not know the Lancaster area. He initially did not know how to do the work but managed to find information online to help him. Completed the work satisfactorily and we had a good conversation. So far no problems

Jordan was a very competent mechanic and did a good job fixing the issues with my daughter's car. He was pleasant and helpful. However he arranged to come out prior to the job to diagnose the issue before starting work and did not turn up on the first date arranged and attended on a later day: he did not call to say he would not be attending on the original day having waited in for him. His pre-diagosis of the problem was not the same as the issue I had originally requested Clickmechanic quote for and he advised that he would not replace the manifold if it was not required.

Anwar was early, great communication and was efficient. Replaced 4 brake discs and pads in 1.5hr.

Terry was nothing short of excellent. I booked in for a rear back brake pad change, he arrived when he said he would and looked at the problem. He rightfully identified that there was another issue with my brakes and offered to get the parts in and fit them. A genuine tradesman that I couldn't recommend enough if you want a mechanic to come to your driveway to use his expertise to solve your motoring problem.

Diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix. Explained the problem would recur and quoted to do the permanent fix. I declined as I can get this sorted elsewhere, but no complaints with the service he provided - all good.

Rearranged and Came alot earlier than originally planned which was great as I could then go to work in the car instead of finding a lift, I did have a bit of a small problem but it was sorted very quick no issues.
