Robert done a great job, there was a cancellation so he turned up earlier than planned which was great. Robert was also kind enough to remove and dry the spark plugs as the engine was not starting and highlighted that the Camshaft sensor may need replacing and to keep an eye on the timing chain as it is getting to a point of needing replacing. He was quick and efficient with the job and everything seems to be running well now, so far so good.

All good. Happy with the work. Good advice too. Very handy to get someone to come at short notice near Christmas.

Nathaniel was truly amazing and thorough. He spotted an oil leak which could’ve charged us a lot of money to fix after purchase. He also highlighted other significant issues and cosmetic damages which helped us get all the issues resolved prior to purchase. He even offered to look through the pictures of the repairs to provide his opinion on the reliability of the repairs. He updated us over the phone and provided a written report in less than 24 hours. We can’t thank him enough for his amazing service.

I booked a major service and MOT, and while the initial collection was punctual, the experience went downhill from there. Upon return, I was charged £13 for petrol without prior notice or explanation; the tank didn't even appear to have been topped up. ​Worse yet, the delivery driver’s own vehicle broke down on my driveway. He had to jump-start his car using mine, and in the process, he left a terminal lid open and the battery drained. This left my car completely unresponsive 30 minutes later, forcing me to walk to collect my son from nursery. I was genuinely concerned the electrics had been damaged. Furthermore, the 'major service' seemed inadequate; I only received videos of an oil and filter change, which falls far short of the comprehensive checks Peugeot recommends. Based on this unprofessional conduct and poor service, I will not be using ClickMechanic or this specific mechanic again.

Yes the mechanic that called out was Simon and he immediately spotted the issue and although ultimately it could not be fixed 100% he carried out a full DPF regeneration and informed me of the next steps available to get the job completed

I was very happy, booked for my front brakes to be replaced in the morning and had confirmation of an appointment the same day - unfortunately had to be rearranged the following day due to heavy rain. Brakes fixed within 24 hours and very happy. Thank-you.

James arranged for the recovery of my vehicle which was a god send…..although the job didn’t go too smoothly to start with due to unavailable parts James remained very professional throughout, he is a very friendly, knowledgeable guy that had my best interest at heart, he even collected me when the work was completed, he has done a brilliant job and I highly recommend him……and will definitely be using him for any future work……..Thanks James 😊
