Adam was focused on the diagnostic check I needed and he found the fault(s) and I had his report within an hour of his visit. He tried to explain the issue as best he could to a non car person. I am still a little confused as to wether the job has gone out live to tender as I don’t want to book anything further until I have heard from another mechanic?

Extremely happy with the whole procedure. There was a possible problem with one of the tyres when the car was picked up, but the lady who was to collect it could not have been more helpful and pleasant. It did mean a slight delay for her, but neither she nor Derek the mechanic made any complaint. They could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Victor was fantastic. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He came and did my spark plugs and fairly managed my expectations about the ignition coils. He gave me some good advice about replacing it and was very professional the whole time. I hope I get him again.

Arrived 10 mins before the end of the repair window. Put the diagnostic on the car and said not to drive it as the belt needed to be replaced. Have since taken it back to the dealer as I had the timing belt done by them 18 months ago. They said none of the error codes that the mechanic said were on the car were on the cars computer. They are investigating but that the timing belt is not the problem, but that it is something else. The mechanic said he could change d timing belt for '1000 cash or 1200 card'; why the difference in price?
