Michael rang ahead the day before to confirm the time of the pick-up, and on the day of the booking, he arrived on time. He also let me know in advance when he would be bringing it back. There was just one small issue with the car, which he explained clearly and resolved without any problems. Overall, the entire process was handled smoothly and professionally.

ESP Motors was great. I changed my BMW car battery but wasn't aware of needing to register & program the install to the car. The following day after working fine when the battery was unresponsive I called out the AA however it took ESP motors to solve the problem quickly & efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was unsure of the exact problem with the Starter Motor so after a quick test the problem was not the S/M but despite a fully charged battery, the condition of the battery was the problem. he car was started with a power pack. Thus saving a considerable amount of money. Thank you.

If you need a knight in hi-vis clothing, Karim is the man you need! Very punctual, very friendly and not one complaint about what he had to work on. Was really efficient in carrying out the work and let me know of other issues that were arising with the car as they cropped up. Tackled the glow plugs and made it look too easy, carried out full. Major service and changed starter motor like it was any random run of the mill Tuesday. I'm grateful for what he has done and will be using him in the future!
