James was brilliant. Communication was excellent. He turned up on time and explained that he might take longer than Click Mechanic had quoted for the job as he always makes sure that the job is done properly. He gave an honest opinion about the work that needed doing and left it to me to choose. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

I booked him to replace a broken timing belt, and he was able to give me a lot of information about the actual scale of the job, and issues with actually doing the work. Ultimately, we didn't go ahead with the work booked, but this was because he was open with me about the likelihood that it wouldn't resolve my issue. Saved me unnecessary spending.
