Andrei came promptly within the same of me booking for a diagnostic of my car. He was professional, friendly and informative. Carrying out an extensive assessment in what needed fixing. On receiving a quote of the parts and labour. I booked the repair easily online for the day and time specified for Andrei to fix it. He called me up to inform me he could repair it a day earlier than arranged which was a great surprise! Andrei kept me updated on the progress and returned the car in good working order.
