The mechanic(s) were very good, (sorry can’t remember names), advised me of the additional work needed, which was re machining the flywheel. They then worked on Saturday morning to ensure the car was returned by 10:30am.

Dan was brilliant. He contacted me on the day with the time he would be arriving. He texted me to advise that he was running late. I didn't have any plans for the day so it wasn't an inconvenience. When he arrived he introduced himself, and explained what he would be doing. After he had completed the service, he showed me the video of the work he had carried out. He was friendly and professional and l wouldn't hesitate using click mechanic again.

Simon did a great job, identified the fault and got me back on the road in no time

Razvan from MDS Motors was very friendly, arrived on time and had my car back on the road within less than an hour. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he had done - he's clearly very knowledgeable. A local garage had told me that they were unable to do a forced regen and Razvan was able to work out why, and then do a successful regen himself. Brilliant service and highly recommended - will definitely use ClickMechanic again and will be asking specifically for the same technician.

Another excellent service from John, collected car for MOT and explained what it had failed on and works needed. John is always friendly and reliable.
