Not happy at all, I want my money refund, mechanic have been 15 minutes, didn’t take even one tool out of van , I know all job description and car model before he accepted job, he try to explain to me , he got no equipment to do any diagnostics, completely waste of time, number to customers service not answering, general aggravation, I got all recorded on my ring camera and ma cctv, guy been 15 minutes and 5 minutes on his phone , complete joke !!!

Shoko arrived within the time slot. It was chucking it down with rain but he just got on with changing the brakes. He was done within an hour. Brilliant service and all done from home.

I can't recommend Josh enough. I didn't deal with Josh directly, my wife did and she informed me that Josh was punctual, polite and courteous. I have taken the car out while on my lunch break and everything seems to be working as it should.
