Michael was great! Even thought the dealer was late he waited and made sure he carried out the appropriate work and was happy to do so. Very friendly would 100% recommend to anyone!

I booked a full service with Kamran. Initial communication was patchy, I had to chase for and arrival time. Work was completed surprisingly quickly - he wasn't able to switch the service light off (all other mechanics have been able to).Took it for an MOT this week. It failed on a dangerous fault. Brake pipes were not inspected as indicated in the service report from Kamran. Car has corroded brake pipes both sides that should have been picked up during a full service two months ago according to the tester. We did not get the service we payed for from Kamran and have subsequently been left without a car trying to find someone to repair it for an MOT retest. I have tried contacting Kamran who initially said he could do the repair but have since been unable to contact him and he has not come to do the repair on the day he initially agreed. I could have got it done by someone else in the delay instead of wasting time if he wasn't going to do it. I now question what else was missed in the suspiciously quick service? How can I be sure the rest of the work was done? Very disappointing, and ultimately dangerous and costly experience.

Martin was friendly and approachable, he did a fine job replacing the clutch on my Berlingo. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I have just taken my car out for a drive and the clutch now works correctly
