William is a great guy. Very patient, good communicator, dedicated to fault finding especially on my car with a coolant leak in a very awkward place. So happy I chose to use this service. I find garages a nightmare - I hate ringing them and the last one kept my car for days and then charged £300 more than quoted. With this service I filled in the form at 8pm on Friday night, within an hour I had a booking for the next day. Emil turned up on time and had phoned 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He collected the car from my house and returned it around 2 hours later, all fixed and for exactly what was quoted. I’m so happy with this service and Emil was excellent, will definitely be using it again.

Booking, pickup and drop off were great. They completed the work I needed as expected. The car was left a little dirty inside but it was no oil painting to start with. I had to remind about the service book but my car model generally have e-books so understandable. The pricing was great and beat the other online comparison sites.

Mechanic sorry I didn’t get his name, called me the night before to confirm an appointment. On a day I had received another phone call to say he is on his way. I was treated with professionalism and respect. My car was picked up,fixed and brought back to me on time. He even left the air conditioning on so I am not to hot. Excellent man and will call back again. My brakes were not working and they got fixed promptly. Thank you.
