Adam was great, he came at the very last minute of my appointed time slot but still within the time, came and did a very good job fitting new brake disks and pads in less than an hour. The only thing I'd say is when he was done he just handed my keys back to a colleague - I would've liked to speak to him before he left but he got the job done with minimal disturbance to me or my colleagues whilst in work.

Gary was friendly and helpful, and answered all of my questions. There was a slight problem which came to light shortly after completion, but when advised of this (by text message after 9:30 pm on a Friday evening) he called me back almost straight away and offered to come & rectify it at 8.30 the next day - all sorted within an hour. Excellent service!

Leigh was great - although he run late he phoned a couple of times to keep me updated His attention to detail was excellent and explained it to me in terms even I could understand! It was just a pity he only works weekends as I would have definitely gone with him for the actual repairs.
