Mark was friendly and polite, misdiagnosed the problem, ok mistakes happen but had already paid 124 for diagnosis, different mechanic arrived to fix the issue and instantly realised misdiagnosis so had to pay him for his time so £164 down and offered £20 refund, insult!!! Never again 🤬🤬
