The guy that turned up was friendly and did a good job as he plugged a computer up..was promised a quote to fix my cars problem..phoned the company twice today for a quote and was promised one by 6.30pm still nothing

Unfortunately the clutch repair didn't work and despite the work the new clutch I'd slipping as I discovered driving on the motorway yesterday. The mechanic has agreed to come back to resolve the situation on Tuesday next week. However no communication on what time.

I also requested a quote for repairs to the body work and still have no date or price quote through, despite asking three times.

I hope the repair will be fixed and resolved quickly, and there will be communication regarding the body work quote ASAP,
