Friendly and helpful and all done very quickly. Just about 5 hours late arriving!

The job was completed very efficiently with no issues with the car post timing belt change. No complaints about the standard of work or text communication. Not the cheapest way to fix the car but the fastest turn around time with no delay with your car being side lined for other jobs. Will definitely use the service again, with the limitations in having a computing car out of action. Highly recommended.

Ebo was great. He called early to say he’d not be able to make the initial time slot sent, but that wasn’t a problem for us. He was tidy, efficient and communication was good. As a first time user of this service it was a pleasant and easy experience.

Ok.. after looking at the coolant replacement. It was not flushed and it was spilt all over the engine. James was ok with this just wiped it down. Looking at the road after I’m wondering if the engine will see next month.!!

Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. Completed the work on our driveway at home and tidied up when he was finished. That’s always nice 🙂

Absolutely stellar service from Henry. He came out to sort out our diesel Mini on a sunny but cold day. He tackled both a brake hose replacement and a fuel filter swap with absolute professionalism and skill. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing – methodical, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. The work was carried out quickly and the fuel delivery is noticeably better – you can tell the difference immediately. The car was collected within time-scales stated after a phone call from A1 autos to say they were on their way. Car Went in for full clutch replacement. So impressed with the whole service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and work carried out car dropped back. I cancelled him the day before, as my neighbour kindly sorted me out, but happy with his communication, he changed me £20 cancellation fee which I was happy to pay.
