Peter kept me updated from the minute he arranged to come to see the car until it was dropped off, cannot fault the service at all. Would definitely use again in the future

The first visit was booked through ClickMechanic and went smoothly. The mechanic arrived on time and I received an official receipt. However, the following two visits (charged at £60/hour) were informal and poorly managed. There was no clear timing, I was told “I’m coming now” without any fixed slot, which made it very difficult to plan. The mechanic also mentioned being unwell during this time, causing further delays. Despite all this, I stayed flexible. But during the final appointment, when I was just 10 minutes late, he left without waiting which felt unfair considering the flexibility I showed on earlier visits. I repeatedly asked for a receipt for the additional payments, and although he promised to email it, I never received one. This left me disappointed and unable to document the cost properly. Overall, I appreciated the effort during the first visit, but the follow-ups were disorganized and lacked professionalism.

Mr Peter was fantastic, collected the car and completed all the work requested. Kept me upto date with progress and quoted for additional work which I hadn’t seen. Car delivered back (less locking wheel nut) but Mr Peter apologised and hand delivered the locking wheel nut the following day. Kept me in the loop and confirmed it had been returned Couldn’t have asked for better service

Justin arrived early after calling me and located the issue very quickly. He was very polite and respectful. I am now awaiting quotes from people on your site for the work required.

Thomas was great. He knew his stuff and diagnosed the fault. He gave clear guidance on what to have done to resolve the issue and how to prevent it in future.

Muhammed was brilliant from start to finish with great work and communication throughout. Very cheap too with follow up work.

Kevin was just wonderful arrived on time stated professional explaining exactly what was needed and most importantly fix my car. Will use him again and will recommend him to my family and friends
