Happy with work carried out but have a gripe with charging me £30 for some plastic o rings that cost pennies and nearly got charged twice for the same work.

Mechanic was friendly. But price increased 50% without communication in advance despite quote from site. Person delivering it said he used mote expensive parts. This should have been made clear. But great work

Decent enough job on the car, got in to find dash cam disconnected which feels dishonest and suspicious. Arranged for collection/drop off, collection was going to be over an hour late and wasnt informed, had to drive car over myself.

Michael has been absolutely brilliant - he has done a very throughout inspection of the car, has looked literally everywhere and has picked up on everything - He even spoke with the dealer about a couple of things that needed repair before we buy the car, that was great. Overall very impressed by his work, cannot recommend him enough!
