I have written to your customer services to raise serious complaints about the unprofessional service you provide and I have requested a refund. - Firstly, the mechanic spent less than 20 minutes inspecting the car, didn't test drive or raise the car to inspect - the report didn't provide any photographs or any details on the highlighted faults. the information was not insightful. - The engineer asked the seller whether the car was for sale and if he could buy it! Accordingly I can't rely on the report and require a refund asap.

Perfect, the man turned up at 12 on the dot and drop my car 1 hour later. Perfect. Highly recommend.

Wahid was very thorough in his work and explained exactly what he had done. Very happy with his work, there was a delay in getting parts but he was apologetic and stayed late to get the job completed.

Generally happy. The only problem, as I pointed out to Faizan, is that I can’t open the oil cap as it on so hard. I checked today and still can’t open the oil cap should I need to top up the oil. Perhaps this can be remedied on 9/10/23 when he services my other car, which incidentally has the same problem.

Mussa was knowledgeable, friendly and empathic. He got his gadget out and found the issue immediately then advised me as to what I had to do in order to get it rectified. Exactly what i paid for.

David came well before the time due. i had a Coolant pump replacement and he did a great job. Was very helpful with all issues and went out of his way to help out. Will recommend my friends and family as an excellent service was delivered.

Connor attended my address on a Saturday afternoon to replace my starter motor. I booked the job on Thursday night, and he got in touch on Friday to introduce himself and confirm the time slot in which he would arrive. He reassured me that the issue I was having, and repair I had requested sounded like they matched up, and the job was straightforward. Connor let me know on the day when he was on his way, and was courteous and professional on arrival . He was able to complete the repair within the anticipated time, and advised me to get in touch if there were any further issues with that job (which there weren't), and inwas able to get on with my Saturday!

The mechanic was friendly and managed to fix the issue. Apologetic when he wasn't able to after the first attempt.

Did not have that much trust in them. Also they arrived late (booked 10-12, arrived 1.40pm.

My vehicle was collected on Saturday at 10am and taken into the ULEZ which I have to pay. They then called my at 5:30 to say it failed it's MOT but they couldn't quote a price as their suppliers were closed and they would ring me with a quote tomorrow morning. I didn't hear anything and called they at 4 only to be told they weren't open on a Sunday. I called them on Monday and they hadn't made a quote. Finally got a quote in the afternoon which was extortionate but I paid straight away hoping to get my car back yesterday. It finally arrived this afternoon. Rubbish service from them and annoying that click mechanic got me a mechanic in London when I live in Surrey.
