Shahid was great, rang me up in advance to check details of the job, which turned out to be crucial, and he was able to fit me in a day earlier at no extra cost. He was also happy to answer any questions I had during the job and also followed up with a call a few outstanding queries I still had after the job was completed.

He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I am happy with the work he did. Would recommend him to anyone.

Good job replacing the oil sump gasket on BMW 1 series. Also identified some other work required as part of the vehicle check i asked for. Car was collected and returned within 6 hours. Good service.

I have written to your customer services to raise serious complaints about the unprofessional service you provide and I have requested a refund. - Firstly, the mechanic spent less than 20 minutes inspecting the car, didn't test drive or raise the car to inspect - the report didn't provide any photographs or any details on the highlighted faults. the information was not insightful. - The engineer asked the seller whether the car was for sale and if he could buy it! Accordingly I can't rely on the report and require a refund asap.
