R.Kovic (I believe was his name, may have mis-interprated it). Poilte freindly and professional, accomplished the repair, swiftly, after he had throughly inspected and located the fault. Very pleased, with work.

Ion thinks the right way for my stuff.....I do long distance mileage in an old car every year and it doesn't just sit on a driveway all day....People who travel have a different mentality towards cars, and ongoing car repairs, but Ion thinks the right way for my stuff!

Great communication and punctuality. Received car back with service required error message on dash. I asked if it had been connected to a diagnostics machine for the service and they advised it hadn’t. Not sure how they checked the CO2 levels etc without connecting to some kind of machine, I thought that was part of a service / MOT….. not sure. Still got the error message because the way to removed on YouTube doesn’t work. Just makes you think what else hasn’t been done. Shame really. They never asked for my service book either.
