Edd surpassed my expectations, going above and beyond in both his detailed report, and in rearranging TIME AND LOCATION of the vehicle inspection. He kept me updated throughout and found time outside of regular “office hours” to talk me through his report and to give advice on next steps. I feel genuinely lucky to have found him and he really gave me confidence going into a big car purchase.
