Shahid was brilliant. He checked the voltage on the battery, replaced it and he even diagnosed a further problem. Really great guy.

Ahmed used diagnostic tests to isolate our starter problem, and after checking under bonnet fuses was confused as my handbook diagram did not agree with his computer. Nevertheless he got engine to turn over on key, and repeated starts 8 times. From this demo, I assumed starter motor was not at fault and did not need to be replaced with one new one he brought with him, although he offered to do so in view of inclusion in quotation. The next day, engine would not crank over once again and starter fuse was burnt out. I telephoned Ahmed but he was too booked up to return until end of February, a poor response in my opinion

The work carried out by new inns garage trench telford has been very good, and we shall use them in the future. My ford connect van was collected and returned, and literally had a clutch change immediately. Other problems were diagnosed and fixed. Ryan is terrific. I couldn’t be much happier with the decision I have made to go with Ryan to change my beak pads and risks on my BMW X3. He is very honest and can see have lot of passion on the work he does. I am very skeptical to use click mechanic first but they over exceeded my expectations by sending Ryan to me. I have opportunity to see everything the work they are doing on my car for the first time and this is not possible with Garages. All the best Ryan and I will use you again in future.

No problems with the mechanic (Charlie) Unable to assess his work in detail as he did the service in the dark and under floodlights. I do not believe that he was responsible for the other problems that arose.

I can’t fault the quality of work. My only criticism would be that although his arrival was within the 2 hour window it was only 5 minutes before the end of that window. Then once nearly finishing the job he found that the new part was faulty. I would have appreciated being kept informed of the progress of obtaining the replacement. As I know this was out of your control. But it meant my wife didn’t know if she would have to cancel planned appointments if the car wouldn’t be ready in time.
