Justin was very good. Communication pre visit was spot on and also throughout and after completing the job. Work was completed 100%.

Dylan plugged in diagnostics and told me the fault was a low pressure fuel pump. Quickly identified the problem. Cheers.

It's the first time I use ClickMechanic, been using AA for inspections before. The mechanic accepted the job shortly after I booked an inspection, very responsive on the chat thing, arrived on time, provided a comprehensive report, shared issues with the vendor so I didn't need to, all I had to do is sit back and wait for the car to be ready. Mark was also available and patient on a phone call and answered additional questions not on the checklist that demonstrated he really inspected the vehicle.

Jason was great, on-time and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered his advice and we were able to get it resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely use this service again.
