Andrew was great. The main dealer where I bought the car from, and take it to for services and mots, couldn’t get me booked in for 3 weeks. I booked a slot with you guys and the work was done in a matter of hours. Fantastic service!!!

It's the first time I use ClickMechanic, been using AA for inspections before. The mechanic accepted the job shortly after I booked an inspection, very responsive on the chat thing, arrived on time, provided a comprehensive report, shared issues with the vendor so I didn't need to, all I had to do is sit back and wait for the car to be ready. Mark was also available and patient on a phone call and answered additional questions not on the checklist that demonstrated he really inspected the vehicle.

Jason was great, on-time and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered his advice and we were able to get it resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely use this service again.

Colin was great and gave sound advice over the phone. Attached photos of issues and a thorough report.

Did a great job in the battering down rain, felt really bad having them work out in the rain but they did the job in not very long. Did make them a brew but think it was more rain water by the time they got to it 🤣 Did it just at the side of the road that helped me out so much and was cheaper than lots of places. Since the job its worked great and good piece of mind

Informed night before Garry would pick car up and gave me a direct contact number. Arrived exactly on time, really nice bloke, told me when it would be delivered back, which again to the minute was spot on. Tested car and all seems well, hopefully as time goes by it will stay the same.

Dave was excellent. He was quite right to warn me that he could not guarantee that the work i had asked to be done on the heating system might not solve the problem. I understood and agreed. The heating did not work initially and he was genuinely disappointed. however, as soon as i took the car for a run the heating started to work perfectly. Excellent

First time of using Svg I have been pleased to have received a friendly service with the work completed satisfactory with competitive price. But would have appreciated a phone call to say they were on their way returning the car. Will recommend the company.

Christopher was very friendly and explained what was wrong with my car and what he was doing to fix the problem He also found another fault and recommended I put my car into a body repair garage to have it fixed

Rob was fantastic - Unfortunately on Robs original visit (just after Boxing Day) it became apparent that the part scheduled to be fixed wasn’t actually the correct part that needed replacing upon closer inspection by Rob. Rob then said he would arrange for the correct part and we would reschedule just after the New Year - Which he duly did, come Jan 2nd, in the freezing cold and in the darkness of 5pm, he was back to replace the part (A a segment of our Range Rovers suspension) - During a gap in the days rain, he very efficiently swapped out the split part and fitted the brand new part and was done and completed within 30min. Utterly superb service! The car is owned by my wife and she wasn’t overly keen on paying the higher rate for ClickMechanic over going to a local garage (but a local garage involves more scheduling and logistics, for example we wouldn’t have been able to have a local garage look at the car until a week later) - But this is why this service is superb, an expert working on our drive straight after New Year’s Day and all done within an hour, allowing us to immediately get on the motorway for a 2hr drive - Faultless and superb! Bravo Rob - Great service, will be sure to use you again.

I would say he was out of his depth with my problem. Even though he spent 3hrs trying to sort the problem. I contacted my normal mechanic who gave me a contact who could help. This guy came, saw the situation and phoned a colleague who he said was a pro in this area. He arrived at 9am and by 930 I drove my car around the estate. Today I have been to supermarket, so relieved. I am afraid that your company will not be logged in my memory. This is the problem with 3rd party organisers. No real control, being a facilitor only. I thought I was contacting a FORD specialist.

Nassier was great, very quick, clean and efficient. Great communication - called before arriving and walked me through what he had done. Recommended improvements and things to look out for. Worked in the rain, gave no excuses. Would happily recommend for future jobs.
