Andrei arrived towards the end of the projected time period. I had booked a diagnostic test but he did not do that on the first visit. He said it was a faulty gas pedal. I went to go out in the car after he had left but the car was flashing an engine fault which no warning lights were on previously, and was ticking over at 3000rpm. I called him back and he came and plugged his tester in which I think he should have done on the first visit. He then was able to restore the tickover to normal. I was happy in the fact that he had located my problem, but unhappy with the fact that I was late for my appointment.

Did a great job at sourcing some difficult to find parts. The team are very friendly and down to earth.

Omar was very friendly and helpful he had a problem with his driver but kept me informed of everything .when he had the car the repair was carried out quickly and he went out of his way to get the car back to me.i would definitely use omar again

In no way could I fault him. Arrived on time following a c.20 mile drive here and after the courtesy of a call to alert me only to find the car would no start due to a flat battery. He drive back to his garage after organising a replacement battery, came back here, fixed the car and drove it back for the service - approx. 100 miles and 1 1/2 hours driving. Despite this wasted time he also added in a gearbox oil change at my request and reprogrammed the gearbox software to suit. I thank him for his work and demeanour throughout.

Very polite and friendly with top quality workmanship. Extremely knowledgeable about the unusual Wankel engine in my car and gave great advice on how to look after it.
