I missed my appointment with Auto Electrix by 6 minutes, this was may error totally.

I tried calling twice to rearrange and also messaged through the ClickMechanic app, without any response. The was no communication at all.

To further complicate the matter the full amount of payment was taken from my account, as the mechanic stated that the job was complete. He also stated that I needed a follow-up vehicle inspection to test the road worthy-ness of the vehicle, despite no remedy work being carried out.

ClickMechanic were very quick to correct the financial part, I was left with an unnecessary follow-up appointment however.

I'm very satisfied with the service. Avoided a car that would have surely required a lot of £££ in costly repairs in the future.

He was most courteous and as helpful considering you supplied the wrong battery. I have since contacted Honda and obtained the reference for the right battery and he said he will do all he can to get the correct battery and come back Friday. I trust no money will be taken until the work is carried out successfully
