In no way could I fault him. Arrived on time following a c.20 mile drive here and after the courtesy of a call to alert me only to find the car would no start due to a flat battery. He drive back to his garage after organising a replacement battery, came back here, fixed the car and drove it back for the service - approx. 100 miles and 1 1/2 hours driving. Despite this wasted time he also added in a gearbox oil change at my request and reprogrammed the gearbox software to suit. I thank him for his work and demeanour throughout.

Eric was amazing today. He made my first experience using CM a seamless and pleasant experience. I couldn't have wished for better customer service. Eric was punctual, polite and carried out a disc and pad change in no time at all. Eric went above and beyond, during his visit to my house today, making sure that the clutch on my daughters car was set properly for a more comfortable driving experience. Not something he needed to do, which added to an overall brilliant customer service experience. I will definitely be using Eric again for future work on our cars. Thanks Eric.

Yes, delighted. Ionut was very knowledable and experienced and maticulous in his work. I'm absolutely delighted with the service and Cambelt change. He spotted a couple of issues I was not aware of and rectified them. He also answered my questioned thoroughly and worked tremendously hard while he was here. I'm really pleased and will defiantly be using him again in the future.

James was very friendly on the phone. He needed to rearrange the day due to staff illness, which worked fine for me. The service and MOT was carried out very smoothly and efficiently. I have only dropped 1 star for communication from an otherwise great service due to not being informed that my car was on its way back to me.
