Fantastic knowledge and advice on my car. Couldn't be happier. Completed everything he was asked to do to a high standard

Nice guy and he got the job done but his communication was horrendous. I was told my would be returned on a certain date in the evening, only to find my car still gone. After multiple times trying to reach the mechanic, he said he was busy and would deliver it the next day during the day. I wish I was told that in advance since it inconvenienced my plans but whatever. The next day I get home my car isn't there again. After multiple calls again I'm told the car is on the way (this was at 6pm. Way past the promised time again). I got the impression he was unorganised. I understand delays happen, but communicate that instead of leaving costumers in the dark.

Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to try and find out the fault. Since been in touch after speaking with fellow colleagues.

The mechanic was very friendly and very polite. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand bearing in mind that I am not a mechanic. Very knowledgeable, and was explaining everything that he was doing with the diagnosis regarding the engine. Very happy with his work and his attitude to wards his clients. I will defiantly recommend him to my friends. Well done.

Struggling with work could not get bolts off had to go to a neighbour’s to borrow some tools . After tradesman left the speaker’s in door did not work. Also overcharged for part invoice said £78 64 you charged me £115 !!!!😤

Friendly and helpful. My car was collected on time and delivered afterwards Reliable service with outstanding customer service. I will use the service again for other cars. Highly recommended.

Rang day before to finalise details. Arrived within appointment time. All work carried out efficiently and appears to have been effective so far! Would be happy to use again.

The initial job appears to have been done. The clutch us a little more responsive now. However the car is making a rattling and whistling sound it was not making before? I have tried to call the macanic several time now but had no response?

I had a problem with the time I has i initially booked, the garage went out of their way to accommodate me, and rearranging a new time, Picked car up, repaired it, and brought it back all in a timely fashion. Was kept up to date throughout the job. Delivered back early...

Mechanic Eddy turned up on time was very professional with amazing vehicle knowledge, very happy!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He sorted out the problem to make the car safe to drive and even got the car valuation spot on!

He was excellent; polite, well spoken, competent and good quality work. he explained what he was doing and showed me the defective brakes.

Jozsef was good, he attempted to locate a part which was hard to come by. I purchased the part as it was so hard to get ahold of and he fitted it the following day. Superb.
