Steve was very knowledgeable and fixed the fault in 20 minutes. He has also cured another diagnostic sensor fault at the same time. This is impressive as I know how awkward vehicle electronics can be on my van, Vauxhall Movano (Renault Master base). Higly recommended.

Let me know each stage what was going on, and got the work done in good time. Was able to get job done even though a few things were potentially stopping the work.(broken bolts).

Mark was good with communication, collected the van to carry out the service and returned the vehicle once the work had been completed. Also highlighted a minor issue with the vehicle that would be good to get completed. Would recommend and use again 👍

No won't be using this garage again. The car was picked up promptly and the communication was good and the car returned the same day at time of writing I haven't checked the repair, though the demo of the repair looked like it was repaired (passenger window stuck halfway) When the car was delivered back I noticed the rear spoiler (raises automatically) was up, in the 3 years I had this car and done almost 50,000 miles it has never stuck in the up position. I have another garage looking at this now not sure how much it will cost.

Carl rang me first to get more of an idea what was wrong and turned up as arranged. Very polite and looked professional. I left the car with him and he even replaced a bulb as my break light was out. He did ask me before he did this but I was pleased he did. Been on my list to get done for ages. Car sorted. Very pleased.

I am never one to use these kind of services. I must say from posting the job to acceptance and txt from Stephen. I felt confident and assured that the job was in the right hands. I had a txt on the morning to confirm arrival and a phone call to discuss the problems. Great guy and would use Stephen again.
