Yes absolutely, Alex was brilliant and worked very effectively. My order was to replace timing belt and water pump on my Skoda Octavia, Alex started his job at 9am and finished at 10am, upon the completion he showed me what he just replaced a proof of video before and after the replacement. The works he’s done are perfect, my car now runs smooth like new!

Jermaine was great and very helpful and good communication too. Easy to get on with him and more knowlegable than expected. The problem initially looked promising by starting and remaining for a while but as we both thought possible that a new battery may be needed but sadly lost the charge overnight. Following the initial booking I received his contact number and able to expand more why the battery may need more than just a jump start and that's what I needed to know but still agreed to see what he could do and he did. Also text'd afterwards to check on progress. Would recommend.

Yes work was great and loved the video. Couldn’t carry out the mot though as it was class 7, this is a downfall on click mechanics as this should’ve been noticed at the time of booking, now I’m without an mot
