I was a bit hesitant using this service for the first time but was encouraged by positive reviews. I booked a pre-purchase inspection. Found the process straight forward. On the booking page I was presented with three mechanics to chose from but I left it open. There are more mechanics available then than this page shows. I received a prompt reply From Rhys with link to his previous reviews I could check out before booking. On booking I was sent contact details for Rhys. Rhys informed me that I did not have to be present which saved me the journey. I really appreciated the communication throughout the day & I received the report on the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rhys or ClickMechanic.
