Yes very happy with the work carried out. Chris the guy that picked up my car and delivered it back kept me informed when he would be there they even picked it up early which was great.

Absolutely spot on and happy to use again, knew what he was doing and even put some charge in the battery.

Chris was on time, polite and got stuck into my van immediately. He was able to identify the problem (a recently fitted battery that was inferior and the wrong type, it needed an EFD). He explained how to claim on warranty with previous mechanic and also offered to troubleshoot if previous mechanic refused to help. Very pleased with visit. Although problem is not immediatlw rectified, I knew exactly what to do by the time he left.

I am not happy with the work they carried out because no work been done. I got my question back as an answer for what i reason I have called them not the solution. There was an oil around engine so, oil leakage. There was an electrical fault so, you got some electrical issue's.. waste of money 101£ for nothing

Ben did a great job but he was late in arriving, he was booked to come between 8am and 10am. I did get a call in the morning shortly before 9am and was told he would probably be with me around 11am. He called me at 12pm to say he was on his way. He arrived at 1.15pm. There was no apology or explanation as to why he was so late. This in turn made me late for a hospital appointment. However, he did do a good and efficient job. I have used click mechanic before without any problems so I would look to use them again when needed and would recommend them.
