I have put 5 stars for everything in the hope of getting this review on line. The truth is I find Mr Jorden Lee a robbing man ( i use the word man loosely) who had me transfer 458 pounds into his bank account for parts this was on the 8th March and I'm still waiting for him to transfer it back to me. I've had every excuse under the sun off him but I'm still waiting for it. So please people be careful if this man( again loosely) gets in touch saying he will Carrie out any work on your car

The guys worked very fast and did a great job, they cleaned a part instead of replacing it and told me about a part that would brake if they opened it, saving me money on both parts. I will definitely be using click mechanic instead of a garage from now on.

Shpetim was amazing! Went above and beyond. Changed the timing belt and water pump in no time and also has potentially saved me a fortune by noticing some problems and helping me speak to the dealership I purchased the car from. Highly recommend!!

Quick and efficient, explained how long work would take and called as soon as it was complete

Good job done, underestimated the time would take but work through till 8pm to finish within the day.

Arrived 7 hours after scheduled time, wasn't even keen to listen as had a very long day and feeling tired, came from long distance as stated. Wouldn't even drive the car to investigate it, just told me to drive which was like a minute, then said the problem is drive shafts, I told him that I already changed the shafts and they are brand new, however he Wouldn't take any notice. So basically I paid nearly £80 for nothing. I am going to put my old shafts back and will let you know if the problem is really the shafts.

Great. I am happy with the work carried out. Feedback for ClickMechanic - I showed that the car was available for the repair between 8am and 4pm. The mechanic wasn't aware of this - he wanted to return the car at 6pm. This was ok - but we had to make alternative arrangements for transport between 4pm and 6pm.

Jozsef was brilliant. During the work he identified another problem, managed to get the part and came back at 5 o’clock on a Friday to fit it so we had the car working for the weekend.

Wasim was very friendly and I am very happy with the work they've done. The garage were prompt, at picking up my vehicle, and they kept me informed all the way through. Thank you.

Simon was excellent today, punctual, knowledgeable, honest and professional. He replaced both front disks and pads, and checked that all was working and safe before handing back the car. Any issues found were rectified and his communication was first class. Highly recommended.
