I had a bad experience regarding pre-purchase inspection. I purchased the premium package with the expectation that I will have a full detailed pre-purchase report, multiple photos of the process and a call with the mechanic afterwards to discuss the report (all these are included in the premium package according to the Click mechanic website) What I got was: 1. A very poor detailed report with technical terms that I cannot understand, as I don't know anything about mechanics, and only poor, fair, like new, ratings with very short explanation. 2. The mechanic refused to speak with me afterwards, despite being included in the terms and conditions of the premium package, so I was not able to make sense of the report. 3. I only got 5 photos with no explanation whatsoever and very poor image quality. I think this was not a premium inspection. Thanks God! Clickmechanic mediated and I got 25%, of what I paid, back. The person who mediated was the only one who explained me anything about the report.
