He was both friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the fault quickly which was hugely helpful and reassuring but I had also paid for a vehicle health check which he only spent 5 mins on. He has detailed items on my report that he did not check, the spare wheel and the horn for example. He took payment for the health check despite not doing it.
