It's difficult to leave an accurate review because it was a cam belt change so difficult to check the work properly. But we had no issues.

Reiss is a top bloke, really friendly, informative and showed me photographs of before and after his work. He communicated really well, managed expectations and was completely transparent throughout. Very quick and efficient service, I would highly recommend.

Really good service and communication from the moment the job was accepted up to the point of the car being returned. I was called, asked some basic questions about my act and it was explained how the team work, the communication was 10/10 and they kept me updated every step of the way! As a courtesy, the car was given a clean. This again is an outstanding job and the car is as shiny as it was the day I collected the car. Thank you for the service :)

Mr. Alin arrived ahead of schedule, communicated effectively, and completed the coolant flush within one hour. He also conducted a thorough inspection for any coolant leaks. The service was completed efficiently and expeditiously.

Jose was extremely courteous and polite, very efficient and made sure I had my locking wheel nut back in the car. Knowledgeable and explained everything. Very happy.

Service and MOT carried out ok, although service wasn't done as agreed on the Saturday, as he failed to turn up. I had to then drop the car off on the Tuesday, at which time the service and MOT were completed. I had to constantly chase for updates, then when they drove my car back to me, my gearbox went! Low mileage car. Shouldn't have happened. Took a further week to get resolved, repaired and ready for collection, again, with me constantly chasing for updates, not having calls answered, or messages replied to. Communication was very poor, knowledge wasn't as great as they said, had to get information from third parties used. Sorry to say, but won't be using them again.
