Rob was great. He explained things well and helped alleviate my MOT anxiety on the day! I was surprised and reassured to find my car needed only one minor repair to pass and they charged a very fair price for the work. There were a few issues in that the MOT happened a day late due to some technical problems and then the repair was slowed due to an issue with the part, but in fairness these were not things that could be helped and on the whole the communication and handling of the situation was good. They didn't leave me hanging. I would definitely use RLC again.

They fitted the wrong part to my braking system and told me it was safe to drive. After still getting impaired braking, i took the car to a Volvo dealership for an independent assessment. The Volvo dealership declared that the car was unsafe to drive due to the faulty repair carried out by AVS!

He was Reliable and completed the job in a timely manner turned up early took his time to examine the issue and ensured it was corrected, he was also happy to share the issues and the proof of the issues for reassurance.

Patson was great, worked beyond dark to complete the job after having phoned in advance to confirm arrival time towards the end of agreed time slot. The car is running very well and has just passed its MOT with no faults. Patson was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would book again, and highly recommend.

Edd was very professional with his job. He took ample time to do the inspections right. I was glad to learn that he’s the best and assigned for my booking. He really demonstrated his expertise with right touch points for inspection.

Essam attempted a Dpf forced regeneration. Sadly too blocked to complete. Was very happy with his knowledge of the vehicle and will be using him again.

Peter arrived promptly, rapidly identified the problem, went off to obtain the necessary parts and returned the next day to complete the repairs quickly and effectively. He was very friendly and explained clearly what he was doing. Strongly recommended.
