Lee was helpful, honest and knowledgable. I am very pleased with the service provided. After discussing the issue Lee immediately knew that I didn't need to replace my alternator, he tested the alternator to confirm this. Lee ran diagnostic tests to identify the electrical issue. It's always a concern using a new mechanic through a company you have never used before but I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thanks Lee

There is a reason why Joe has 5* - not only because his knowledge and skills deserve it but the fact that he is thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure you are buying a "safe" car. Not only did he save me £15,000 on buying a car which was not great, but he actually gave me the knowledge to decide to not proceed on a purchase of a vehicle where my newborn baby will have been travelling in. He is worth his weight in gold. I would recommend him and use him again for sure. Fast and efficient and explained everything to me like a human, no jargon, just truthful facts. Saji was Mechanic who owned M60 autos in Manchester he was due to collect the car on the Saturday morning to take the car to his workshop. When I called Saji to ask a question he asked me if my car was drivable when I said Yes why? His reply was well if you want to drive it to my business, not far from where I lived he could see to me that day on the Friday afternoon. On arriving at M60 Auto's I was greeted by Saji's brother who oppologised for his brother being elsewhere on another job, but he would attend to the work on my car ( augsillary drive belt ) . He showed me and my wife to the waiting room asking if we would like tea of coffee whist our vehicle was being attended to. Minutes later our car was ready to drive back home, and as we left I received a call from Sajid asking if I was happy with the service. Yes 10/10 thank you Sajid.
