I am so impressed with the level of service I got. It was excellent!!!!, he knew exactly what the problem was and a few hours later I was back on the road.

The job was not completed. The vehicle was returned to me whereby the job had not been checked and the parts failed to work as he stated they would. Further to this I was charged a priority slot fee which has still not been returned to my account. And a further charge was taken. Andy then assured me that he would be able to get the work finished the next working day and despite this took until 12:00 to inform me that he could not source the part and was unable to complete the job. Unfortunately, my experience with Click Mechanic and Andy has not been good and I would therefore recommend steering clear of this service.

Yes , so far so good had no problems, he was very helpful with a few other questions I had about the car so I don’t just book unnecessary work. And was a very speedy service!

James was very helpful and not only carried out the work booked but also gave advice on what he thought could be contributing to the problems i was having with my mini. I would definitely recommend click mechanic and James as a mechanic. I will be using them and James again.
