James started off OK but as problems came along his contact and timings lengthened to the point where he did not answer the phone or text messages. I was left with a car that was not driveable due to 2 broken cooling pipes. After a week I had to source and fit myself at my expense, over £50, to get the car back on the road. Vehicle was off the road for over a month!! Don't think I will recommend to anyone.....
Terrible service and click mechanic haven't been much help!!

James ..early arrived 20mins early friendly,experienced..MOT passed interim service back within an hour..also told me of work needed doing and quoted hopefully I'll arrange when I can ..overall top banana 🍌 👍 and I would recommend 👌

Yes James was friendly & knowledgable.He seemed to know what he was doing.
He wasn’t very punctual. He was supposed to come between 9.00 & 11.00 am.
I rang him about 11.45 & he said he was 25 miles away
He arrived about 12.30 , so that wasn’t too bad.
He told me about biting point in the car, so that was helpful. Thank you Annie

James was absolutely spot on, arrived on time, got straight to work, identified an additional repair that needed doing and consulted me at that point.

Friendly and super tidy, would recommend and will absolutely use again.
