Since Sajid has taken over M60 Autos he has expanded and diversified the business to now offer full garage services, recovery & mobile mechanics. The business has 3 mechanics who are all fully trained and qualified. The team are fully equipped to deal with all makes/models of car and all repairs so whatever the issue M60 Autos will get you back on the road.

All M60 Autos were interested in was up selling additional parts and labour.
They paid no attention to any of my requests such as a detailed breakdown of the service carried out or even an invoice from the garage for tax purposes.

The quality of the works is also questionable as the oil in my car is still black, if the oil change was done correctly or at all, the oil should be amber in colour and its as black now as it was before it went in for a full major service.

The punctuality was not as I expected as My car was taken away around 11:30am, from the click mechanic website I was led to believe that this service would be carried out quicker than to take it into a garage as I was a given a two-hour window for a mechanic to arrive and it stated the service would take at most 1 hour 40 minutes.


For example,

Best case, Mechanic arrives at 10am and leaves at 11:40am.
Worst Case, Mechanic arrives at 12pm and leaves at 13:40pm.

However, in reality… 4 hours later! at 15:30pm I receive a call from M60 Autos telling me that my car is in the process of being serviced and that if I wanted the pollen and engine filters I would be charged an additional £80 plus VAT. This was totally unacceptable as the major service only cost £148 and additionally no photos were taken of the current pollen and engine filters so that I could review their condition. I said I did not want them going in and refused the installation of the filters.

While on the phone I also reminded them of my request for a paper breakdown of the service and I was told it would be left with the service log book. I was then asked about the quality of the cold air from the air con, I said it was perfect and cold air was not a priority heading into the winter, I assume they were looking to refill my air con gas tank at a cost of £60.
Having been taken from me for 5 hours at 16:30pm my car finally returned, it was parked over my neighbours drive blocking them from putting their car on their drive so I had to quickly take it off and the M60 Autos representative left, I looked to my passenger seat to find just my log book with no invoice or breakdown of what had been done to my car.
I did however receive a quotation for almost £400 for just two front tyres.
From my experience of this service it is evident that all M60 Autos focus was to up sell additional products and services from the filters, to the air con gas refills to the tyres.
They tried to get me to agree to additional works totalling over £500 from a major service cost of £148.
