Kia Soul Clutch replacement

He was an hour late arriving. He couldn't do the work in the day despite the quote saying it would take 2 - 3 hours which was fine and we agreed the next day. He even brought the car to my work so I could take the keys and that's where the good part of the review ends. The issues started when he called that next day with a list of other problems my car had despite having passed an MOT two days earlier with none of the problems he mentioned and having seen 1 mechanic before him and 1 after to check the work he had done and they said these issues didn't exist. Some of the problems are things that would've come up on the MOT (Had they existed) and which another mechanic showed me simply weren't true. I am convinced he was trying to keep the car in and get more money from irrelevant repairs. Because of this terrible experience of what another mechanic called 'scare tactics' I will not be using this service again and I will most definitely do not recommend this particular mechanic. This is absolutely incorrect!
What I send you messages for the future job, that is all true!! I don’t know where you tuke it back your car, but I think the same place where you done the MOT test? m’I right? You know on the Mot test they doing visual inspection! I had tuke the tyre off and I seen the front brake very bud! This is your safety! I told you, need to be change in the future, I don’t want to keep your car to fix all this thinks because I had no time! I told you if you want we can arrange the time for a future! And I tuke your car back to your working place, I thought you gonna be happy with this! Because you ask for that!
If you not trust me, I gladly to pay for a second test on your car, any proofed Mot station or Kia service!
The clutch pedal not right, and you will be see in the future!
The handbrake going too much up!
And about the electric wire, you have some animal live under the bonnet!
Okey? You happy to go each together to Kia service?
