Robert was great ! Gave me a call an hour before the agreed timeslot and came to pick the car up on time and returned the car a few hours later with the work completed . He was polite and and very knowledgeable and I would have no problem using his services again.

Robert was very friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He arrived when he said he would and his communication was clear at all times. Got me up and running the same day, very pleased.

The mechanic was polite with me on the phone, although the answers to my questions felt a bit vague. The report appeared to be comprehensive. However, when I went to buy the van, the seller told me a different story. The seller said that the mechanic arrived, told the seller he’d only need 10 mins, barely inspected the vehicle, did a 5 min test drive and that was pretty much it. The seller stated that a different mechanic from a different company had inspected the vehicle a few weeks prior and they had taken an hour and been very thorough. The seller was expecting click-mechanic’s inspection to be similar to this, and was amazed at how short/cursory the inspection was. The seller therefore thought he should let me know about it. Considering I paid for the mid-range inspection, I’m pretty unhappy to put it mildly. I won’t be recommending the company to anyone else.

I booked a premium inspection for a car I was looking to buy, 140 miles from home Iftikar was thorough and I am pleased with the quality of the photos and the confident responses to my questions when he called after completing the work I was shocked to learn the car which looked good in the photos and had recently been MOT'd, with no advisories, can still be a potential death trap Although it's not the response I was expecting or hoping for, it has saved me several £000's Money well spent in this case

Martin was friendly AND when I explained about needing a quick turnaround, because of collecting my wife from work He altered the scheduled time , he already had the part and offered to start early He was professional and even though the job had difficulties he worked through them brilliantly to provide a personal skilled result and my car is repaired I plenty of time to get my wife. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin to anyone... He is a credit to the industry and your organisation

Harry did a pre purchase on a car i was looking at buying, had not even seen the car in person yet. I always use click Mechanic before i purchase a car as they do all the checks inc checking what fault codes are showing. this was picked up on this car showing the seatbelt pretensioner had been deployed amongst other codes. i highly recommend this service, it has saved me from wasting 19k on this car.

Hi not completely happy. He said it was my battery. When I first spoke to you about my car there wasn’t a problem with the battery. All electrics were working. I thought it was the starter motor or ignition fault. Now the battery is flat. I don’t think he checked the starter motor.
