Literally turned up, did a computer diagnoatic (the very same thing the RAC had done for me the previous day) and when asked if he could help us get the car fixed he stated no as he was going on holiday......£70 for 30 minutes....not a bad rate to do nothing.

Martin was great. Turned up on time both times and was very friendly and communicated well! He did a diagnostic for my amber engine light, ordered parts and returned to fit the parts. So far so good, hopefully the issue is now sorted!

Martin was friendly AND when I explained about needing a quick turnaround, because of collecting my wife from work
He altered the scheduled time , he already had the part and offered to start early
He was professional and even though the job had difficulties he worked through them brilliantly to provide a personal skilled result and my car is repaired I plenty of time to get my wife.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin to anyone... He is a credit to the industry and your organisation
