Firstly the mechanic was very good. However this service is far too expensive. £160 odd for spark plugs is not a fair price by any stretch. Also the booking slots are absolutely useless i had 8-10 booked and didnt arrive til about 5/10 past 10. If this wasnt a quick job you would lose too much of your day.
