Nicolay is an excellent mechanic who provides detailed yet simple to understand feedback. He did 2 inspections for me, one was attended within 2 hours of the request. Amazing. Air conditioner check and re-fill as it was poor at cooling. Jason, turned up a little while before the expected time. He showed great professionalism by taking the extra time to look over my car in detail while explaining what he was looking for, and how he would fix any problems if he found any. Having found no obvious external faults he proceeded with the technical checks. Then pumped down the system, re-filled, re-checked and signed the car off. I have to say while the work was going on he explained every detail, a nice touch as most engineers just want to get on and don't explain in detail. Very impressed, and the car will now freeze an Eskimo. Thank you Jason 10/10.

After battery was charged and Mechanic left I still had the original problem. New alternator ordered but dont see how this will fix the original fault.

Air-con needed fixing as was blowing hot air. Came back amazing, I have it on the lowest setting and it’s super cold so very efficient and worked so much better than I’ve ever known it. It even works right from the moment of switching the engine on rather than having to wait for it to get cold. Thank you! Saved me in this heatwave. I’d just advise to allow a few more hours outside of the alloyed time slot in case there aren’t enough drivers and the pickup time is running late (unless you have somewhere safe to leave your car keys).

Kyriacos was good, collected the car in a timely manner and fixed the car promptly, however… the issue I had with the car meant that I needed additional work doing and was quoted as such for the extra work, when I asked for a breakdown of the costs I was fobbed off a couple of times then ignored… I still haven’t got an idea of what I’ve actually paid for.

Gurdit was excellent. He quickly confirmed the problem and installed the new part in no time.

It is stated that if your car is taken to a garage it will be returned to your home address this is false also same day service again false took my car Saturday 16th July at 10pm I had to spend 50.00 in fares to collect from garage the car was not ready until 6pm on the 18th July monday again lost a further days work so beware because it almost impossible to complain on the website if it was easy to complain I would not be leaving this review

Mark bent over backwards to diagnose an A/C problem, kept me informed about the problems of diagnosis and adopted a very pragmatic approach to finding a solution. And very friendly and easy to deal with.
