First time using ClickMechanic. Very pleased with the work, after Halfords had erroneously said that my aircon had a leak and weren't able to regas it. The mechanic picked up my car on time, and I was well informed by the garage throughout about when they'd pick up and return my car. The aircon was regassed, and has been perfect (it's been over a week now). I will definitely use them again for other work.

Graeme arrived punctually and carried out his diagnostics. Was unable to make a decision on next step forward as I was unable to hear and take in what he was saying at the time. (Not his fault as I am hard of hearing). He later wrote down the fault as requested.

Edd was really great at his job, spotted lots of issues with the car that I totally missed and saved me a lot of money from buying a car potentially riddled with hidden issues by an unscrupulous seller. He even predicted before the inspection how a seller might try to hide issues and advised on an upgraded service, thank goodness he did that as was 100% correct. You can tell his past experience is invaluable he knows all the possible pit falls of problem cars and where to spot them. What really stands out is Edd's attitude of doing the best job possible for you, rather than just following a pre-set tick box list of checks he really goes the extra mile and checks every detail way beyond the minimum requirement. 100% would use again.
