Balmoral Motor Co were really helpful with good Communication some parts of the click mechanic app were not overly user friendly and they helped me navigate that as well doing a good job in a timely fashion.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the work carried out — the mechanic was professional and the job itself was completed properly. However, I’m disappointed with the parts that were used. The brake pads fitted were a budget option, and I was not given a choice or informed beforehand. For my vehicle (a van), braking performance is extremely important, and I would have been more than willing to pay extra for higher-quality, premium brake pads. In the future, I would strongly prefer to be consulted on parts selection, especially for safety-critical components like brakes.

Mike was great and replaced timing belt as instructed. Still have ongoing issues but they are not within the scope of this particular repair. Overall great job 👍

Paul was a pleasure to deal with. It wasn't an easy job and the part was very hard to source but after many trips searching he found the right one and now the car runs good as new. I highly recommend Paul who is obviously a highly knowledgeable mechanic but also goes the extra mile.

Polite customer service, they answered any questions that I had. They called me to let know about other issues and sorted it within an hours notice. The car itself got a timing belt replacement, 4 new tyres, major service & MOT with collection and delivery. This was all done by Shazhad, he has done a really good job and I am more than happy with everything. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Timing belt and water pump replaced. Knowledgable and got the job done, all at my own home without having to wait around at a garage.

Adrian was great, and carried out the work quickly and efficiently - I've previously had mechanics that wouldn't work on a gravel driveway but was not an issue for Adrian!
