Adrian was extremely helpful from start to finish. The car repair was challenging due to access issues with the parts required, but he kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. When it became clear that an additional part was needed, Adrian sorted this out for me without any issues. His communication was excellent throughout, and the advice he gave when returning the car was very valuable. I would absolutely recommend Adrian and will definitely be looking to use him again in the future should any further work be required.

Had my timing belt and water pump changed but water was used instead of proper coolant which was supposed to be part of the package. Brought it back to the shop but swore that they used coolant but it was obvious that it's water and also had another shop confirm this. Was expecting them to change it at no cost but was charging me to have it done. Was supposed to be a simple back job but was dishonest and even asked to charge me was just bad customer service. Lesson learned and won't be a customer anymore.

Great! It was so convenient and easy, I did not need to struggle with childcare or have to take time from work to get the repairs done as it was all done outside my home within 24 hours of putting in the request.

He was given wrong brake pads for my car by his supplier when he collected. He had to go back and came back after 4 hours with correct parts and then fitted

So happy with the service our car was picked up Monday morning and ready by the afternoon/evening booking process so easy would 100% use again.

I was over charged and need a refund! He took a payment twice now leaving me overdrawn and I’ll be charged for this I’m not happy now

Bogdan explained that the clutch master cylinder didn’t appear to be faulty but that it would be wise to replace it. He also explained that it could be the slave cylinder. We agreed to replace the master cylinder and see if that cured the problem.

Reece said he thought he had managed to find and fix my AC leak but couldn't offer a service to re-gas so I can't confirm the issue was fixed until some time in the future. Disappointed that a re-gas service was unavailable at the same time.
